first bite.

How far ahead should I order?

In-stock mixed boxes need at least 24 hours’ notice. Custom flavors and designs need at least 72 hours. Cakes and large celebration orders need at least one week. Contact Ellie directly for anything sooner.

Can I mix flavors?

Yes! Order in boxes of 12 at €20 per dozen, whether you choose in-stock flavors or a freshly made custom batch. The difference is the lead time: at least 24 hours for in-stock boxes and 72 hours for custom orders. Message Ellie on WhatsApp to arrange your flavors and date.

How do I order, collect, and pay?

Start a conversation with Ellie on WhatsApp at +351 960 206 860. Collect in Cascais, or request delivery in the local area for an additional fee. Ellie will confirm the location, timing, delivery fee, and payment arrangements directly. Your order is confirmed directly with Ellie on WhatsApp.

What should I know about allergens?

Macaron shells contain almond flour and eggs. Many fillings contain milk, nuts, and other common allergens. Although the shells are inherently gluten-free and some fillings are lactose-free, this is a shared kitchen and cross-contamination can occur. Ellie does not recommend ordering if you have a serious allergy. Please ask about the ingredients in your chosen flavors.

How should I care for my macarons?

Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 3–5 days. Let them come to room temperature for 5–10 minutes before enjoying. Handle gently and keep away from direct sunlight, especially outdoors.
